Joe Champion is passionate

Raised as the son of a National Football League coach, and the brother of a 2-star General/Green Beret, Joe Champion’s natural leadership gifts were nurtured and developed by the strength of the leaders who surrounded him, even at an early age. After playing football and being a team captain at Louisiana State University, Joe chose to use his gifts off the field, and began speaking to sports teams, high schools, non-profits, businesses, leadership conferences and churches.

In 2000, he and his wife, Lori, founded a non-denominational church called Celebration Church in Austin, TX. In 20 years, Celebration has grown from 5 people to a global ministry of approximately 20,000 members in the Austin, TX area, as well as campuses in Italy and Mozambique, Africa, where they have also founded the “School of Champions” that educates and feeds hundreds of students daily. He also serves on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches. Joe and Lori have been married for 30 years and have three amazing sons, and now a wonderful daughter-in-law.
